This policy explains what Dictate Sales LLC (“DICTATE,” “we”) collects through dictatesales.com, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

What you give us when you apply: your name, phone number, email address, age, where you live, your current situation and availability, your sales experience, your written answers, how you heard about us, and your Instagram or Facebook handle if you choose to share it.
Call scheduling: if you book a call, the name, email address and time you enter on the booking page, which is run by Google.
How you reached us: the link or site that brought you here, such as a link in a social profile.
Technical records: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver and protect the site.

We do not ask for a Social Security number, bank details or government ID on this site.

How we use it

To review your application and decide whether to invite you to a call.
To contact you about your application and to schedule and hold that call.
To understand which of our recruiting channels are working.
To keep the site secure and to meet legal obligations.

By submitting an application you agree that DICTATE may contact you by phone call, text message and email about your application, using the number and address you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Agreeing to be contacted is not a condition of any purchase.

We do not sell your phone number, and we do not share mobile numbers or text-message consent with third parties for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We use a small number of service providers who handle it on our behalf:

Cloudflare, which hosts and protects the site.
Notion, where application records are kept.
Google, for email and call scheduling.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to a successor if the business is sold or reorganized.

What is stored on your device

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It uses your browser’s local storage for three things: your progress through the application, so nothing is lost if you leave; the link that brought you here; and a short activity log that never leaves your device. Once your application has been sent, your answers are removed from the device. You can clear all of it at any time by clearing your browser’s site data.

How long we keep it

We keep application records for as long as we need them for recruiting and record-keeping. You can ask us to delete yours at any time, and we will unless the law requires us to keep it.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. We will confirm it is you before acting on the request, and we will not treat you differently for asking.

California residents

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use sensitive personal information for anything beyond handling your application. Our site does not track you across other websites, so it does not change its behavior in response to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

Age

This site and the application are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection, and access to application records is limited to the people who review them. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
