These terms cover your use of dictatesales.com, which is operated by Dictate Sales LLC (“DICTATE,” “we”). By using the site you agree to them.
What this site is
The site describes a sales role with DICTATE and lets you apply for it. It is for adults aged 18 and over. Everything here is general information; it is not an offer of work, and it is not financial, legal or tax advice.
Applying
Sending an application does not create a contract, an offer or a working relationship. We review applications and invite selected applicants to a call. The information you give must be true and must be your own.
Independent contractors
Sales representatives who work with DICTATE do so as independent contractors, not employees. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes and are not eligible for employee benefits. The terms of any engagement are set out in a separate written agreement, which controls if it differs from anything on this site.
Earnings disclosure
The figures on this site, including average pay per closed deal, close rate, time to install and time to move from setter to closer, come from DICTATE’s own results. They describe what has happened. They are not a promise of what you will earn or how quickly you will advance.
- The role is commission-only. There is no salary, hourly wage or guaranteed income.
- The commission on a closed deal is split between the setter who booked the appointment and the closer who ran it.
- What you earn depends on your own effort, skill and hours, and on market conditions. Some people earn less than the averages shown, and some earn nothing.
Statements about solar, rates and savings
Statements on this site about utility rates, bills and savings describe the market we work in and the products our representatives sell. What a homeowner pays or saves depends on their home, energy use, utility, equipment and financing terms. Nothing on this site is a quote, an offer or a guarantee of savings to any homeowner.

DICTATE™ and the DICTATE logo are trademarks of Dictate Sales LLC. The text, graphics and design of this site belong to us. You may not copy them for commercial use without our written permission.
Acceptable use
Do not submit false applications, try to disrupt or probe the site, or use automated tools to send it data.
Other services
Call scheduling is provided by Google and is subject to Google’s own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for sites we link to but do not run.
